phiFolio includes features powered by third-party AI models (currently Google Gemini). AI-generated responses are produced by these third-party models, not by rarePixel LLC. Such content may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or misleading. rarePixel LLC does not control, verify, endorse, or guarantee any AI-generated output. You acknowledge that AI responses do not constitute financial advice and agree not to rely on them for investment decisions.
phiFolio offers optional auto-renewable subscriptions ("Investor Pro") that unlock premium features. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the cost of the chosen plan. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your device's Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions. Free trial periods, if offered, automatically convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled before the trial ends.
Stock prices, fundamentals, and other market data are sourced from third-party providers and may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate. We do not guarantee the accuracy, timeliness, or completeness of any data displayed in the app.
You retain ownership of all portfolio data you enter. We do not claim any rights to your holdings, trades, or personal financial information.
You agree not to reverse-engineer, decompile, or abuse the app's API endpoints. Automated scraping or excessive API usage may result in rate limiting.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, rarePixel LLC and its affiliates shall not be liable for any investment losses, financial damages, or decisions made based on information displayed in the app. This includes, without limitation, any reliance on AI-generated content, market data, or other information provided through the app.
We reserve the right to suspend access to server features for accounts that violate these terms or abuse our infrastructure.
We may update these terms. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance.
